In the evening, you can enjoy the excellent meals prepared by your hostess.
The menu, accompanied by regional wines, is varied and offers you the best ingredients of the season.
The evening-meal is served from 4 persons on, every evening a different dish is served.
A sample :
- Aperitif : Maury or Muscat of Rivesaltes.
- First course : Lettuce with anchovy of Collioure.
- Main course : Guinea fowl, croquettes and pickled pears in vinegar of Banyuls.
- Cheese : An assortment of French cheeses.
- Or Dessert : Catalan pudding.
- Wine : white, rosé or red Côtes du Roussillon Villages AOC.
The evening-meal has to be booked in advance.
When the weather permits we have breakfast or supper outside on the terrace.
There is a fridge on your disposition for your picnic and drinks.
